we hereby inform you that, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company’s board resolution, effective from 15 June 2026， Mr. WenJingting (Jason) has been removed from his positions as Legal Representative and General Manager of Hunan SIRIM Huasheng Certification and Inspection co.， Ltd. He no longer holds any management authority or has the power to represent the company in any external activities.
At the same time，Mr. Hu Wei (Tiny) has been formally appointed as the Legal Representative and lnterim General Manager of the Company, taking overall responsibility for the Company’s management and operations.
